The latest version of the Oxford English Dictionary, released later this month, will include a host of new words and phrases from the internet.
‘Tweet’ is included as a new verb and noun, meaning to make a post on the social network Twitter, and is joined by ‘big data’, ‘crowdsourcing’, ‘e-reader’, ‘mouseover’, ‘redirect’ and ‘stream’.
