Nigel PearsonNigel PearsonTalkTalk highlighted as ISP with most improved customer service

Think Broadband has published its Customer Service Awards and the good news is we’ve been singled out as the ISP with the most improved customer service.

We’ve put a lot of hard work over the past couple of years into improving our customer service – everything from fixing technical problems to sorting out bills. We think we’ve made significantly strides towards ensuring we provide as good a service as any broadband provider out there.

Of course, we’re very conscious that we still have more to do to get our service consistently up to the levels we and our customers expect. Our ambition is to provide the best broadband service around, bar none.

Until we reach that level, we won’t be satisfied and our goal for 2010 is to get there.
