Tristia ClarkeTristia ClarkeTalkTalk wins customer satisfaction award

Everyone at TalkTalk was delighted to hear that we have been voted the best overall provider in the Homephonechoices.co.uk 2010 customer satisfaction awards, which were announced earlier today. We’ve worked very hard to make sure our home phone customers get the best possible service and value, and these results show our efforts are really paying off.

Awards judged by consumers themselves are always a good indicator of how you are performing and finishing top in seven of the ten categories is a fantastic vote of support for us. It shows that our belief in maintaining top quality service while providing the best possible value is working for our customers.

We are proud to have won these awards and hope to continue leading the way in customer satisfaction throughout 2010.
