uSwitch has announced the findings of its Home Phone Customer Satisfaction Report today and we’re delighted to say that TalkTalk has made a very strong showing.
The uSwitch report is based on the feedback of nearly 8,000 home phone customers, which makes it one of the most authoritative surveys around.
We were voted top in four categories:
- § Best value for money
§ Best for billing
§ Ease to interpret bill
§ Best talk and payment plan
We’re particularly proud to be recognised as the best value for money phone provider on the market, as it’s the sixth year in a row we’ve come out on top in that category.

I was orignally with Talk talk 2 years ago, I had no troubles at all with connections of customer service on the twice I had to ring for help. At the time I could not get unlimited access and was the only reason I left and went to BT (worse move I ever done). I am back with Talk talk again as I can if I wish pay for extra usage and the speed has improved ten fold.

I was with problems or issues. I did have one issue that I was incorrectly charged a connection fee….I rang up and complained and I was immediatly given a refund….well done talktalk….would recommend.

I have been with Talk talk for 6 years+ now and I would never move to BT, Talk Talk are half the price! and I have had no connection issues or serious problems with them! I am a big gamer and I have consoles, PC’s and Laptops running on my Broadband line!. I highly recommend Talk Talk.
