Mark SchmidMark SchmidSolving your common customer service problems

Broadband comparison site Top10.com has run a survey on the most common gripes web users have with their ISP – you can read about the results.

Speed and reliability were the two areas where people said they have most complaints, but we were interested to see that some other issues also emerged as regular problems.

In fact, a combined 4% of respondents said setting up online billing and setting up an email address linked to their ISP were their biggest broadband gripes.

We’ve created a series of customer service videos designed to help answer queries exactly like these:

You can find all the videos on our YouTube channel.

This is just the first series of videos and it will be followed in due course by others. Given the results of Top10.com’s poll, we’re looking into creating a clip on how to improve the speed and reliability of your wireless broadband connection.

Of course, for all of these issues probably the fastest way to get solutions is to try our Members’ Forum, where knowledgeable TalkTalk users are on hand to offer their hints and tips.
