This morning saw unprecedented demand on our network as fans called our business customer, Ticketmaster, to get tickets for Take That’s concerts in 2011.
Call volumes were 16 times higher than usual, making it the biggest calling event we’ve ever experienced. Some customers may have experienced some issues in connecting calls to all destinations between 9 and 10am when demand was at its peak. We apologise if you experienced any delays at this peak time and if you were lucky enough to get tickets, we hope you enjoy the show.
