Bright SparksBright SparksCelebrating Safer Internet Day with our customers

On 8th February our customers came out in their forces to help us celebrate Safer Internet Day at our Customer Experience Centre in London’s Soho.

To mark the day, we hosted a series of online security master classes looking at everything from protecting yourself from viruses through to the importance of talking openly and sensibly with your children about using the internet.

Our experts from F Secure, the company behind TalkTalk’s Super Secure Boost, were also on hand to perform free virus scans for customers who brought their laptop in.

But if you weren’t able to make it down, don’t worry about missing out. We’ve produced a short video packed full of useful tips to show you what we covered at the sessions.

And if you want to know even more about staying safe online, then feel free to check out our new online safety area.
