Mark SchmidMark SchmidGo ON, Get online with our Broadband Expert tutorials

In support of the ‘Go ON give an hour’ initiative our Chief Executive Dido Harding posted about earlier this week, we will be holding beginner internet sessions at our TalkTalk Customer Experience Centre in London over the coming weeks.

The one hour tutorial sessions will be open to anyone who wants an introduction to the internet or just feels like they could do with a bit of guidance. Our Broadband Experts will be on hand to give support and help with things like browsing the internet, using email, social networking and loads of other internet related activities.

We passionately believe the internet offers something that benefits everyone, whether it’s using email to send and receive pictures of friends and family, finding your next job by using the many comprehensive websites available or finding the best online deals to save money.

We think its really important that everyone has access to the great benefits of the internet, so if your grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, neighbours or friends need help with getting online then tell them to come visit us and learn all about the wonders of the world wide web.

To book a free session with a Broadband expert in our TalkTalk Members Lounge call us on 0800 9555 111. Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00am – 7:00pm.
