Andrew Heaney
Executive Director of Strategy and Regulation, TalkTalk Group
Andrew Heaney joined us as TalkTalk Group's Executive Director of Strategy and Regulation in 2007. He is responsible for developing the Group's commercial strategy and approach in key areas of regulation and public policy such as LLU, BT's Undertakings, NGA and copyright.
Andrew was previously a Competition Policy Director with Ofcom and a partner with Spectrum Strategy Consultants; he brings a wealth of experience working with government, investors, regulators and other telecoms companies.
