		<description><![CDATA[Today, the Prime Minister published a new report on the commercialisation of children, called ‘<strong><a href="http://www.education.gov.uk/b0074315/bailey-review/" target="_blank">Letting Children Be Children</a></strong>’.  Prepared by <strong>Reg Bailey</strong>, the chief executive of <strong>Mother’s Union</strong>, the report makes recommendations on many areas including pop videos and adult clothing aimed at young girls, but, as an internet service provider, we were particularly interested in its finding that many parents have concerns about the types of content their children can access online.]]></description>
