		<description><![CDATA[Having whittled down the hundreds of entries for this year’s <a href="http://www.talktalk.co.uk/digitalheroes/" target="_blank"><strong>Digital Heroes Awards</strong></a> to a final 37 from across the UK in October, it was down to the Great British public to decide which projects would win the title of Digital Hero in our 12 regions and collect a <strong>£5,000</strong> technology grant.
