		<description><![CDATA[We were interested to see <a href="http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/top-stories/2011/07/06/poor-and-rural-areas-hammered-by-higher-brodband-prices-115875-23250100/#ixzz1RJJKCGfd  " target="_blank">this article</a> in the <strong>Mirror </strong>quoting research from <strong><a href="http://Simplifydigital.com" target="_blank">Simplifydigital.com</a></strong> which claims that those who live in poorer and rural areas are paying more for broadband. <strong>Simplyfydigital </strong>say that this is due to companies being unwilling to invest in exchanges unless they know they will make a good return on investment, which they say means rural areas often miss out.]]></description>

		<title>TalkTalk responds to Bono&#8217;s filesharing outrage</title>
		<description><![CDATA[<p><span lang="EN-GB">Bono has <a href="http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/8439200.stm">accused</a> ISPs of profiting from illegal filesharing and has suggested that ISPs curb copyright infringement in the same way they tackle child pornography. </span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">The U2 frontman is seriously misguided. ISPs generate no additional revenue or profit from customers sharing files. In fact we incur some marginal cost due to the extra bandwidth required.</span></p>]]></description>
